早鳥獎

兩天都須在下表時間前完成掃描，才有早鳥獎抽獎資格。掃描地點均為 11 樓 1101 會議室入口。

早鳥掃描可同時計入全勤獎：10/22 計入時段 1，10/23 計入時段 6，無須再掃一次。

只完成其中一天，仍可依其他條件參加全勤獎或廠商逛展加碼獎抽獎，或取得廠商逛展參加獎領取資格。

全勤獎

8 個時段至少完成 6 個｜兩天皆有紀錄｜至少 1 場海報交流

以下 8 個時段至少完成 6 個，且 10/22、10/23 兩天都須有紀錄；其中至少 1 個須為 Poster Discussion I 或 Poster Discussion II。每個時段最多計 1 次。選擇 WiED Panel Discussion 者，仍須完成 Poster Discussion I，才能符合至少參加 1 場海報交流的條件。

掃描與計次方式

一般議程須於開始後 10 分鐘內完成掃描；海報交流須於開始後 20 分鐘內完成。

平行場次任選一場即可。同一時段跨會議室聽講、聽多篇論文或同時前往兩間海報展室，均只計 1 次；各場次內的 Invited Talk 也不另外計次。時段 8 的 Poster Discussion II 與 WiED Panel Discussion 也只能擇一認列。

廠商逛展獎勵

參訪參展單位名錄所列攤位，與攤位人員交流後，由對方掃描本人識別證上的 QR code。同一參展單位僅計 1 次。須同時完成下列攤位及產業演講條件，才能取得對應獎勵資格。

Award and Closing Ceremony 頒獎暨閉幕典禮

早鳥獎、全勤獎及廠商逛展加碼獎，將於 10/23（五）15:35–16:00 的 Award and Closing Ceremony（頒獎暨閉幕典禮），在 11 樓 1101 會議室公開抽獎。請符合抽獎資格者到場參加。廠商逛展參加獎無須抽獎，符合資格者可於閉幕典禮結束後直接領取。

參加資格

四類獎勵均限完成 IEDMS 2026 學生註冊及現場報到者。負責資格審核與抽獎作業的工作人員不得參加。各類獎勵依各自條件認定資格；同一筆有效掃描紀錄可同時用於廠商逛展參加獎與加碼獎的資格認定。

抽獎機會

早鳥獎、全勤獎及廠商逛展加碼獎的抽獎資格分別計算，每人於每一類獎池只有一次抽獎機會。

抽獎獎項現場領獎

早鳥獎、全勤獎及廠商逛展加碼獎的得獎者須在現場。唱名三次後未回應者，視同放棄，由大會重新抽出。領獎時須出示本人身分證。此唱名及重新抽出規則不適用於廠商逛展參加獎。

參加獎資格與兼得

廠商逛展參加獎經大會核對掃描紀錄確認符合資格後即可領取，每人限領 1 份。領取參加獎不影響加碼獎抽獎資格，兩項獎勵可兼得。

領獎文件與稅務

得獎者須填寫領獎文件。涉及所得申報或扣繳者，依適用規定辦理。

獎品交付

獎品不得折換現金。獎品於現場完成領獎確認後交付。

獎品一覽

三類抽獎獎項合計 15 名，每項獎品 1 名。大會保有隨時更換獎項的權利。廠商逛展參加獎另依符合資格人數發放。

Overview

Early Bird Draw

Complete both scans at the entrance to Room 1101 on the 11th floor by the deadlines below.

These scans also count toward attendance blocks 1 and 6, respectively; no additional scan is needed. Completing only one early-entry scan does not prevent you from qualifying for the other rewards under their respective requirements.

Attendance Award Draw

At least 6 of 8 blocks | Both days | At least 1 Poster Discussion

Complete at least six of the eight blocks below, with a scan record on each day and at least one scan for Poster Discussion I or II. Each block counts once. If you choose WiED Panel Discussion in block 8, you must also complete Poster Discussion I in block 5.

Rooms 1001, 1002, 1003 and 1006 are on the 10th floor. Rooms 1101, 1103 and 1110B are on the 11th floor.

How Scans Are Counted

Present your own badge QR code by the deadline shown for each block. Regular sessions allow scanning within 10 minutes of the start; Poster Discussions allow 20 minutes.

For parallel sessions, attend any one eligible session. Moving between rooms, attending multiple papers, or visiting both poster rooms in the same block still counts as one block. Invited Talks within a session do not count separately. Poster Discussion II and WiED Panel Discussion in block 8 cannot both be counted.

Exhibition Rewards

Visit the participating exhibitors listed in the exhibitor directory. After speaking with booth staff, ask them to scan the QR code on your own conference badge. Each participating organization counts once, regardless of the number of visits.

Designated Industry Presentation Blocks

Both blocks take place on October 23 (Fri.) in Room 1101 on the 11th floor. Complete your scan by the deadline shown.

The consecutive speeches within each block count together, requiring only one scan per block. The Bonus Draw requires a scan for either block; the Participation Reward requires a scan for each block, for a total of two scans.

Only visits to the participating organizations below count toward the exhibition rewards. Ask booth staff to scan your badge QR code after your visit. Each organization counts once.

Award and Closing Ceremony

The Early Bird Draw, Attendance Award Draw and Exhibition Bonus Draw will be held publicly during the Award and Closing Ceremony. Eligible participants should be present. The Exhibition Participation Reward does not require a draw and is available for collection after the ceremony.

Eligibility

All four rewards are limited to students who have completed IEDMS 2026 student registration and checked in on site. Staff responsible for eligibility verification or draw operations may not participate. Eligibility is determined separately for each reward according to its requirements.

One Entry per Draw Category

Eligibility for the three draw categories is assessed separately. Each eligible participant receives one entry in each applicable prize pool.

Winners Must Be Present

Winners of the three draw categories must be present at the ceremony. If a winner does not respond after their name is called three times, the prize is forfeited and another winner will be drawn. Winners must present their own national ID card when collecting a prize. The name-calling and redraw rule does not apply to the Exhibition Participation Reward.

Exhibition Participation Reward

After the organizers verify your scan records, eligible participants may collect a 7-ELEVEN gift voucher worth NT$200 or an item of equivalent value after the closing ceremony. This reward is limited to one per person and is distributed according to the number of eligible participants.

You may receive both the Exhibition Participation Reward and a prize from the Exhibition Bonus Draw. The same valid scan records may be used to establish eligibility for both rewards.

Claim Forms and Tax Requirements

Prize recipients must complete the required claim forms. Any applicable income reporting or tax withholding will be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations.

Prize Collection

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Prizes will be handed over on site after the claim has been verified.

Prize List

The three draw categories offer 15 prize places in total, with one recipient for each item listed below. The Exhibition Participation Reward is provided separately to eligible participants.
