Thank you for your interest in the 31st International Electron Devices and Materials Symposium (IEDMS 2026).
The conference will be held on October 22–23, 2026, at the Chang Yung-Fa Foundation International Convention Center, Taipei, Taiwan.

How to Register
- Please click the “Register” button at the bottom of this page to register.
- Credit card payment through Hua Nan Bank is available to all registrants. Please note that Poetry-Life PCO (文曲有限公司) is the authorized merchant, and this name will appear on your credit card statement.
- Registrants residing in Taiwan may choose either credit card payment or bank transfer through a Hua Nan Bank virtual account.

Registration Fees
All fees are in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD).
Choose Your Registration Category
If you are registering an accepted paper, you must pay the author registration fee (TWD 7,000 early bird / TWD 8,000 regular), regardless of whether you are a student, university faculty member, or EDMA member.
The discounted university faculty / EDMA member and student rates are for attendance only. They do not fulfill the registration requirement for an accepted paper.
Example: If you are a student registering an accepted paper, select author registration and pay TWD 7,000 (early bird) or TWD 8,000 (regular), not the attendance-only student rate.

Note:
- Each accepted paper must be covered by one completed author registration. Each author registration covers one paper only.
- When registering an accepted paper, please provide its paper ID and title and confirm your registration category before proceeding to payment.
- Co-authors attending without registering a paper may use the applicable attendance-only rate, provided that the paper is covered by another author's completed author registration.
- If you are unsure which category applies, please contact Mr. Yung-Ming Chiu by pobsadue@poetry-life.com. Paying an attendance-only fee does not complete author registration.
- The registration fee shall include the program handbook, meals, and insurance.
- On-site registration shall be accepted only in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD).
Accompanying Persons
Accompanying persons may attend free of charge. Meals for accompanying persons must be purchased separately.
Cancellation Policy
- All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by Oct. 10, 2026.
- An administration fee of TWD 1,000 will be deducted from each refund.
- Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable after Oct. 10, 2026.
